see your doctor: At 24 years of age, this is likely stool impaction rather than a cancer, but if you are unable to defecate and indeed you cannot pass whatever is in your rectum, you need to see a physician. If it is impaction, manual disimpaction with or without enemas may help. If this is from a mass, then this need urgent evaluation. This is not a hemorrhoid, they are not hard unless the are thrombosed.
