Nose bleeds ...: In a young healthy person can be as simple as a small ruptured blood vessel due to dryness or cracking. It also could be a harbinger of something more serious. You should have it looked at by a doctor if it persists. In the meantime try a nasal saline gel to lubricate and moisten your membranes.
