Scheduled for crp and esr labs due to lymphadenopathy. i had a medrol (methylprednisolone) im inj today (unrelated).should i be worried the inj will effect lab results?

Yes: Solumedrol (methylprednisolone) has significant anti-inflammatory activity and can influence these test results. On the other hand, CRP and ESR are so non-specific and non-diagnostic that it might not matter much. Discuss this with the doctor evaluating you. Good luck.
