not that simple: Acquired esotropia needs a workup to rule out serious conditions: sixth nerve palsy, thyroid, myasthenia, duane's, only with an accurate diagnosis could a treatment plan be developed. Seek the expert, a pediatric ophthalmologist or neuro-ophthalmologist.
