Stress and immunity: When stressed, your immune system does not function as well as it might otherwise.This could lead to an increase in infections and inflammation in your body that could lead to your lymph nodes getting enlarged. Stress also causes muscle tension, especially in the neck and shoulder area, and this can be helped with massage therapy. I think it would be a good idea to see a therapist to rule out gad.
