I was diagnosed with eosonophilia but can't figure what's causing it. should i stay away from certain kinds of food?

Workup: Don't treat a lab value, and don't look to diet as any kind of treatment for most illnesses, known or unknown. If you are asymptomatic, and a stool check for ova and parasites shows none, consider ignoring it unless the eosinophil count is preposterously high. It's at best a guideline pointing to the nature of an illness that has declared itself.
