Temp: Use Motrin it will get the temp down fastest. Make sure she is well hydrated- the urine should be clear on the diaper and not bright yellow. It seems like a common cold- clear secretions with no color if colored an antibiotic may be necessary and then see the pediatrician. Good luck.
