Unlikely: This is not a common side effect of lunesta (eszopiclone), (eszopiclone) especially with the amount of swelling you are reporting. Did the swelling start after you began lunesta (eszopiclone)? Does it go away if you do not take lunesta (eszopiclone)? I would probably investigate this further.
