Slowly: At your young age a good start would be to exercise aerobically ( fast walk, jog, exercise bike, elliptical , swim, stair master etc.) for 20 min /3 or 4 times a week for the first month and progress from there( increase the duration of your workouts) . The key is to increase the intensity and duration of your workouts slowly so you don't develop an overuse injury or "burn out". Good luck!
