Avoid triggers/meds: Asthma can be controlled by avoiding triggers like exposure to cigarette smoke.Allergies like house dust, pets and others if known. And depending on the severity of asthma, using prescription meds which include oral med like singular and inhaled sterods with or without long actig bronchodilaters. You should discuss it with your doctors including primary care or allegist. What to use depends on severity.
