How can i control on asthama?

See your doctor: If you are using your quick relief inhaler more than 2 days/week or you have symptoms of your asthma more than 2 days a week, your asthma is not in good control. See your doctor and find out if you need a controller medication to prevent your flare ups. These are meds you take everyday to keep things under control. Avoid irritants like smoke. Drink lots of fluids. Control your asthma!

Avoid triggers/meds: Asthma can be controlled by avoiding triggers like exposure to cigarette smoke.Allergies like house dust, pets and others if known. And depending on the severity of asthma, using prescription meds which include oral med like singular and inhaled sterods with or without long actig bronchodilaters. You should discuss it with your doctors including primary care or allegist. What to use depends on severity.
