I have abit of discomfort in the liver area what is this?

too many...: Too many possible answers to this question to answer in this format. Could be gallbladder (esp if most noticeable after eating), could be lungs or chest wall (esp if associated with movement or breathing), could be muscular, etc. Suggest you see your physician about this, or give us more history.
