Autoimmune nose sore: Reasons for nasal sores are many . From an autoimmune basis it could be seen in lupus, sjogren's, bechet's disease, wegener's granulamatosis, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune vasculitis , phemphigus, anca vasculitis and Cocaine nasal inhalation are some examples. Early stage lesions can be treated with topical steroids, topical/systemic antibiotics ann rx of autoimmune disease.
