Fever: You need a detailed exam and some tests, that should be dependent on your symptoms and exam. Go back to your doctor for an evaluation.

Tests: If you are still running a fever despite antibiotic treatment have your urine checked to see if your infection is still present. A scan of your sinuses might also be in order to rule out infection.
