C hand specialist: There r many possibilities. Cts, tendinitis, r a couple of causes. Also repetitive trauma/ overuse also really not able 2 answer specifically. Need more info exactly where, when, wrist or hand, always or with use, is there swelling or heat?

See a Hand surgeon: With the limited history and no examination, it would not be possible to give you an answer - your best option is to see a hand surgeon. If necessary, s/he will order baseline x-rays and then more specific investigations like ct scan. Sometimes arthroscopy is carried out for wrist joint washout and trimming of debri if indicated.
