Miralax (polyethylene glycol): You can buy MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) at your local store, read the bottle instructions and follow that. Usually i recommend people put a cap full in their water or beverage and drink that. It will take a few days for its full potential to kick in but make sure you continue to use it until you don't need it any more. Also drink plenty of water. Good luck with everything.
