Not usually: Glimeryl is a sulfonylurea and increases the release of insulin. It should usually be taken during the day when you are awake and eating. Taking Insulin + a sulfonylurea increases your chances of hypoglycemia. While chronic hyperglycemia can harm you, acute hypoglycemia can kill you. You need to discuss the timing of your medication regimen with your doctor.
