Probably, but...: Without looking, i'm sure headache is listed as a side effect (because it is for most meds). But, chances are pretty good that the infection you have that the med is meant to treat can also cause headaches (e.g., ear infections, sinus infections, etc.). So my advice is, if its not too severe, and since the course of this med is usually pretty short, i would finish it. Tylenol (acetaminophen) in the meantime.
