Yes: First you need to confirm the gestational age to rule out wrong dates. If the gestational age is correct but the baby weight is less than the gestational age then we call it is intra uterine growth retardation. There are so many causes. If the cause is treatable that is fine. If not then it is a problem. Consult your OB physician.
