After radioactive iodine treatment is it common to need an increase in synthroid (thyroxine) dose after all remaining thyroid tissue has been abblated?

right amount: After complete ablation of thyroid tissue body needs required amount of thyroid hormone for each person , so requirement will increase due to lack of own thyroid tissue , so synthroid (thyroxine) dose need to be adjusted ( increases ).
