Bad stomach pain/cramp/bloated ffeeling when its starts to be empty. sometimes so bad its hard to stand straight up due to the 'running cramp' feeling. i have history of gastritis... wat 2 do?

Acid reducer: Try taking an acid reducer/blocker like zantac, (ranitidine) pepcid, Prilosec or Axid twice a day for 2 weeks. If it is improving, then stay on the medicine for 2 months without stopping. If it is not better, then you need to see the doctor. You might need to see a stomach specialist.
