TMJ ?: Sounds like you may have some problems, albeit mild, with your temporomandibular joint. Can just be annoying but could lead to pain and other problems.Check with your primary doctor or your dentist - either could evaluate.For now, don't force the issue, and don't fret about it . Good luck.

TMJ workup: There are variables. Were you in a recent accident-- car , bicycle? If you really want to get this investigated, go to a DDS that sees alot of TMJ-such as an oral surgeon for a complete workup. If it does not bother you other than opening wide, don't open as wide.
