A member asked:

If myopia increases, there is loss of visual acuity or blurriness. what symptoms occur when myopia decreases? are they the same?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Myopia: Myopia is short sightedness. You have to get closer to see the same things a person with normal vision can see. If the myopia decreases you can clearly see things at a greater distance than you could before. Astigmatism - abnormal shape of the eyeball-causes blurriness.
