ankle: There are 2 ways to look at this - the left you describe if it is the right ankle is the inside or medial aspect. If it is the left ankle it would be the lateral aspect. Additionally , i'm not sure what you mean by superflexed as that is not an anatomical term. Your question will need to re-submitted with info on which ankle and where it hurts.
