Seems, if it's bad..: Anxiety can bring it on. Here, i couldn't begin to explain the paths in our bodies along which stress hormones and other anxiety signals travel w/ all sorts of baggage, but they do. That's why it's good to resolve issues and pay attention to our lives thus avoiding unnecessary anxiety. Try to find real fixes before medication if possible, but good help can make a big difference. You'll glow again!

common: Common causes exist for both phenomenons; some conditions might cause anxiety, dry skin, older looking face, etc. To clarify the exact diagnosis, nothing better than consulting your dr, or a psychiatrist, to examine you and do some work up. Likely, something can be improved. Best wishes.
