Not too high: Sgpt of 122.7 is high but not high enough to cry about. If you drink alcohol, stop entirely and re do the test in three months. You should get tested for hepatitis c, if you are on any medications, discuss that with your doctor. Lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the test is usually in the best position to do that.
