Pericardiectomy.: Sometimes low blood pressure may be due to constriction of the pericardial sac within which the heart is located. Pericardiectomy refers to a surgical procedure where the sac around the heart is removed to allow the heart to beat without restriction and generate a normal blood pressure. If the pericardium cannot be completely removed, some of the original symptoms may recur at a later date.

Unlikely issue: Why pericardiectomy? Tuberculosis, fluid, cancer? Nevertheless normal blood pressure now. Review medications and weight and hydration with md.
