See your dentist: It could be periodontal disease or another systemic disease causing gum swelling and bleeding. An exam with radiographs will help to determine if that is the case and how is would best be treated.

bleeding gums: If you have gums that bleed, you need to see your dentist... It can be from simply being overdue for periodontal care or cleanings, to more serious items such as abscess or k. Sarcoma. See your dentist.

Yes: Bleeding gums on pressure is a sign of gingivitis..Get checked by dentist..Make sure you are flossing..And brushing twice..
