I noticed leg sores on my 3 yr old daughter. it started as 2 now its on both legs. next day saw 1 on my 2 yr old daughters leg. what could it be?

Leg Sores: Without seeing the skin lesions it is impossible to make the correct diagnosis. The lesions could be a vital infection called molluscum contagiosum, this could be infected eczema, this could be a staph infection. See your local dermatologist for a diagnosis.
