Green Tea: An 8 oz. Cup of green tea contains anywhere from 24-40mg of caffeine. An 8 oz. Cup of generic brewed coffee contains much more caffeine (95-200mg). If you are experiencing headaches, restlessness, anxiety, it may be from excessive caffeine intake and you may want to consider cutting back.
