What would cause an inr of 1 and an mpv of 7 with a normal platelet count?

?: Inr of 1 is normal and means your blood clots normally. A normal platelet count is normal (sorry for the redundancy). I've never heard of mpv - did you mean mvp (mitral valve prolapse?).
