Yes.: Yes, they can, but usually in this country where we have access to competent medical care, you will have the problem taken care of long before you reach that point!

Yes: If left untreated dental infections can cause death. Luckily this is rare as as the pain caused by a severe dental infection usually prompts the person to seek appropriate care long before this happens.

Yes, but...: Wouldn't a better idea be to call your dentist asap to have your infected teeth treated before the infection spreads. Sorry, there's no otc or prescription that will "cure" dental infections. You need dental treatment. That's the best, safest , least expensive way in the long run to rx your problems.
