Depends: If the coach is pushing young kids to the point where their are becoming injured, despondent, not wanting to play, then the coach may be over doing it (especially in the little ones, not high school or college). Unfortunately, in my experience, a lot of kid coaches don't focus on having fun and push the kids to win at all costs, forgetting about sportsmanship. These coaches need to be retrained.
