See a doctor: As a rule of thumb, any abdominal pain lasting more than4 hours should be evaluated by a thorough physical exam and appropriate tests in the er. Please go to play in on the safe side and to get diagnosed and treated. I am glad to hear you went to the er and they didn't find anything acutely dangerous. It sounds like you'll need to set up an appointment with a G.I. Doctor if it continues. They may have to do some necessary scoping to figure out what is going on.
