Stage 3 nsclc right lung and lymph nodes. chemo did not work, surgery impossible. having 13 sessions palliative radiotherapy. what is life expectancy?

Difficult to answer.: It really depends on how well your tumor/nodes respond to radiation. This might prolong survival many months or even a few years. Your radiation oncologist should be able to give you more detailed information. It also depends on where the tumor is and what 'normal' anatomy is next to it.
