Very unlikely: I doubt there would be enough trauma to cause a concussion unless you were banging you head against the wall as well.

Concussion?: Although your sex life sounds great, a concussion from 'active sex' is less likely unless you hit your head on something. But just from 'bouncing' I would say that it is possible. there's many questions that a doctor would need to ask you in taking a 'concussion' history. If your symptoms persist, get checked out.
