No: Those t2 signals are often incidental findings. They are more common in migraine patients and patients with higher blood pressure. 2 tiny t2 lesions alone are not sufficient to diagnose multiple sclerosis. The MRI needs to be seen in conjunction with the clinical picture. Why did you get the mri?
