NSAIDS: These medicines include aspirin, advil, Motrin or ibuprofen, aleve or naproxen, celebrex, (celecoxib) voltarin or diclofenac and many more drugs.Symptoms of these allergies can be very mild to nearly fatal. There are a number of reactions to drugs of this class that aren't true allergies but can vary from annoyances to serious ones like anaphylaxis which can lead to death.

Confined to diclofen: Nsaid induced hives and angioedema are specific to that NSAID (look for generic and not brand names) as evidenced by your tolerance of naproxen. Diclo is the only drug you need to avoid.
