Folic acid, sure!: Otc prenatal vitamins containing Folic Acid are available. I am not sure about 'quaterfolic'. The otc prenatals often contain only 800 mgs. Of Folic Acid and 1000 mgs is recommended to avoid neural tube defects in the fetus. That dosage is available by rx.
