Ectopic pregnancy: You can have pelvic pain or right or left lower quadrant pain, which can present as an acute abdoemn at times. You may have irregular bleeding as well.

Not easily: Most pregnancies within the fallopian tubes cause severe pain and are treated emergently. Pregnancies in abdominal cavity attached to outside of uterus or other structures are seen with ultrasound or other techniques (ct, mri). These generally require specialty OB care.
