Ovulation: You would have much better chances in the days prior to ovulation than you do today.

Having sex at time : Of ovulation is fine when trying to get pregnant. There is a 20-25% chance of getting pregnant this first time around. 50% of couples take 5-6 months to conceive. 85% of couples become pregnant after 1 year.
