Which Vitamin B?: Vitamin b is not a single vitamin but a group including b1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 12, Folic Acid ; biotin.B6 may be toxic at doses of 200 mg/day. The others are generally considered non-toxic.Some report benefits of up to 2000 mg/day of b3 ; b5 ; those doses appear to be safe. There's no known need for more than 100 mg of b1 or b2/day.Potential benefits of up to 10 mg of folate (folic acid) ; 20 mg of biotin.High B12 is safe.
