See below: Your BP definitely and pulse rate needs better control as this is an increased risk for cardiovascular problem like stroke and heart attack. However, numbness of just your hand doesn't mean just stroke, other problems that can cause this are carpal tunnel, peripheral neuropathy, cervical radiculopathy, etc. Pls see your dr for complete veal and to have better BP control. Take care.
