That is unusual: Did u have surgery? Are you saying there is no feeling or you cannot orgasm? Are you 52 or 69? Are you on hormone replacement? Do you have any neurologic problems? Isolated vaginal numbness denotes no feeling, do you have some feeling? Is it in 1 part of the vagina or the entire vagina? It's a tough one.

May need estrogen: Lack of estrogen in your vagina may decrease it's sensitivity. Check with your doctor.
