This needs more: Aggressive treatment with your prior one having a high recurrence rate. This needs to be fully excised or even better, fully excised and left open to close from the bottom out .Otherwise, this will continue to recur.

Need surgery: Lancing it does not remove it. It only opens it to drain the pus and relieve the infection. You will need to have it surgically removed when it is not infected. Otherwise it will probably continue to grow or become infected periodically.
