Enamel health: First of all, binge eating (or not eating) can be extremely dangerous. Please consult your physician. Second, not eating for a few days will not result in permanent damage to the enamel. Purging will, dramatically. Color difference probably more due to oral hygiene than lack of food. Again, starvation, even periodic controlled starvation, is extremely dangerous.
