There : There are many possible causes for these symptoms. If you drink a lot of water you may have diabetes mellitus or the far less common diabetes insipidus. But maybe you are drinking jsut because your mouth is dry not because you urinate a lot. You will need to get a blood and urine test to check this out. If you are waking up a lot at night to urinate, diabetes is more likely. If these tests are normal then the focus needs to be on your dryness. Certain meds can cause mouth dryness and a condition called sjogrens syndrome can do it. See a doctor soon!
