Burnout: You know you have too much work stress when you dread going to work, derive little or no satisfaction at work, are irritable with or withdrawn from coworkers, are fantasizing or planning to find another job, your work productivity slips due to presenteeism(you are present but not productive) and absenteeism increases. This should not be due to an untreated mental or physical illness.
