Can someone tell me if it is possible for your blood tests to show hypothyroidism even if you don't have an underactive thyroid?

Thats how we tell: Screen with Thyroid Stimulating Hormone(TSH) and follow up testing with T4 and T3 (liothyronine) levels. There are 2 main differrent types of Hypothyroidism, with the most common being underactive thyroid whicvh would cause the T4 and T3 (liothyronine) levels to be low and the TSH to be high. Stress can also cause the TSH to be altered, but the T3 (liothyronine) and T4 would be normal. That is when we check Reverse T3 (liothyronine). Symptoms important too
