Should be fine: Klebsiella oxytoca and enterobacter cloacae are usually found in hospitals and healthcare facilities. It's possible you picked them up at some point when you were in the hospital. They can cause serious infections, which is probably why you were put on antibiotics. Repeat cultures can be done to make sure you are decolonized.
