Thirty five yr old female. went to derm, was prescribed topical solution/shampoo. scalp still itchy, what can be the cause? what can i do?

Itchy scalp: This could be fungal infection, psoriasis, eczema, chemical irritation. Hard to tell via text. If you are not getting better and been using as prescribed, then I suggest you return to the dermatologist to see what other causes could explain your symptoms.
